Workshop content
A practical and accessible journey to understand how memory and consciousness influence the present life: past lives, intrauterine life, soul wounds and extended states of consciousness.
Practical part
It includes breathing exercises aimed at integrating the experience, encouraging relaxation and promoting physical and emotional balance.
