Holy Week in Malaga, Special Anxiety Retreat
From the 2nd to the 5th of April in the mountains of Coín in Málaga we will learn tools to transform anxiety from the perspective of Positive Psychology, combining scientific knowledge, body practices and internal resources to manage it and promote attitudes that strengthen well-being, resilience, motivation and inner calm.
