Who I am: a life dedicated to Biodanza and human development

I am Leonor García Zatoa journalist by training, specialising in ontological coaching, Gestalt and teacher of Biodanza SRT by the International Biocentric Foundation. My professional career has focused on bringing together communication, training and education to promote transformative experiences.

I define myself as a curious, courageous and persevering woman. I believe deeply in people and in the ability to create a more humane and hopeful world. The Biodanza in Malaga is my way of bringing creativity, enthusiasm and a safe space for growth.

Biodanza in Malaga: a space for wellbeing and connection

The Biodanza is much more than a movement practice: it is a way to connect with oneself and others through music, body expression and emotions. At MalagaI facilitate sessions, courses and workshops where each person can explore their unique potential.

The purpose of my work is to create transformative experiences that encourage the emotional intelligenceempathy and vitality. All of this from a biocentricby putting life and human relationships at the centre.

Workshops, conferences and training in Malaga

Training for companies and teams

I have designed the programme Experiential Effective Intelligence (IEV) to promote high-performance teams. In it, we work on self-knowledge, communication and mutual trust, helping each person to discover and enhance their talents.

Personal growth and biocentric education

I teach courses, workshops and conferences in Malaga and in other institutions such as the University of Malaga (UMA)I work with schools, educational centres and public and private entities. The topics I deal with range from the neuroscience applied to learning, the emotional intelligence and the Biodanzato communication dynamics and human development.

Individual accompaniment and special projects

In addition to group workshops, I also offer individual sessions of affective accompanimentI focus on women's coaching and mentoring. My intention is to create intimate and respectful spaces where each person can connect with their inner resources and move forward in their life processes.

I also collaborate as a freelance journalist in the media and organise events with renowned international speakers, always with the aim of spreading the value of the Biodanza and the biocentric education in Malaga.

My greatest professional desire is to combine my knowledge and skills to put them at the service of projects that generate a positive human impact. The most valuable retribution is not financial, but seeing how people are transformed, discover new possibilities and build a fuller life thanks to the Biodanza in Malaga.
